An armed group of men tried to steal a teenager a few steps from the residence of the Mansion Gracie of the mayor on Saturday night, according to the New York Police.
A 14-year-old boy was presented by a group of four men in East 88th Street and East End Avenue just after 8 pm on Saturday-right of the mayors, the pad provided by the city, New York police said.
Those Bruts threatened the child with a “sharp object” and demanded their belongings while surrounding him inside the Carl Schurtz Park, which is adjacent to the conservation of the Gracie mansion on the east of the east.
The 14 -year -old resisted the group’s demands and called the police that arrived shortly after the armed robbery attempt, police said.
The Avoid boy was stolen and injured, denied the medical attention of the lifeguards on the scene.
The four suspects fled the scene through the Carl Schurtz Park, according to the police.
