The foot of a Republic Airways passenger was crushed by a fugitive drink car during a terrifying trip from Boston to New York, the victim affirms in a new demand.
Dalton Sim was sitting in a hall seat, his right foot stood out in the hall when Flight 4286 of Logan International Airport descended to JFK airport in June 2023.
When the plane landed, a castor car approached him and “crashed into [Sim’s] Right foot, crushing him against the left seat of the seat in front of him, ”he said in a lawsuit from the Federal Court of Brooklyn.
The out of control did not stop there.
“The car continued its uncontrolled career and hit additional passengers sitting in front of [Sim] Before sinking and stopping, ”said the 54 -year -old accuser, in the lawsuit against Republic, who operated the regional flight on behalf of American Airlines.
He is uncle if someone else was injured.
Sim, an executive of the music industry living in Massachusetts and once administered the Banga Bang, he accused the flight atunetes not to make sure the cart was properly secured.
The incident left SIM, which seeks unpleasant damage, with “numerous disabling crushing fractures and a deep wound that required months of intensive medical treatment,” he said in judicial documents.
“We have the privilege of seeking justice on behalf of Mr. Sim for the injuries that change the lives that suffered in a completely preventable incident caused by the atrocious and inexcusable negligence of Republic Airways personnel.
Republic Airways did not respond to a request for comments.
