Some Chick-Film-A employees are graduating from the university without debt due to a unique program.

Thanks to an association between three Chick-Fil-A operators, the University of Point and Ficus Education-177, Chick-Fil-A employees were able to graduate this year while working in locations throughout the country, Websr of the restaurant industry reported.

Around 70 of Chick-Fil-A employees participated in a recent graduation ceremony at the University of Point, a private Christian institution in Georgia.

“All this began in 2023 with the vision of an operator and a university: give the team the opportunity to obtain a university degree without student debt,” said Doug Danowski, president of Ficus Education in Georgia, Fox News Digital.

“That unique decision caused a movement.”

The association sponsored by the Ficus Education employer allows the employees of Chick-Fil-A restaurants to operate independently complete online titles through Point University without having to pay the registration of their pocket or remove student loans.

More than 500 independent Chick-Fil-A operators have participated in the program since its inception, said Danowski.

Ficus Education organized a hospitality suite for independent operators, their graduates and special guests immediately before the starting ceremony.
