2. A completely assorted fridge
Is there a special snack or drink that you know that they love your guests? Give it in the store, along with some essential elements that your guests can easily access and eat if they are hungry. When I have family or friends who come to the city, I always get crowded with pink, foamy water, cheese and cookies, berries and yogurt, and some easy things for breakfast: eggs, bacon and locals. Do not forget coffee, filters, cream and sweetener for your morning cuppa. If your guests are not coffee drinkers, get something else, such as herbal tea or newly seen juice to enjoy just when they wake up.
3. Space for your belongings
You must make sure you provide an area where your guests can put your things and not feel that they are on the way. Clean a drug or part of the closet: nobody likes to live outside a Suitase. The same goes for the bathroom. Empty a drug or believe enough space on a shelf so your bathroom live during the weekend.
4. Cozy bedding and additional blankets
Clean and crispy sheets are not negotiable. Wask them a few days before arrival, then on spongy pillows and a variety of releases. Try the temperature and pillow package yourself: anticipating comfort is the best essential guest room.
5.
Present the shampoo, the conditioner, the soap and the lotion: guests of Fortes Essentials, and nothing feels more attentive than the bottles that rest on fresh towels.
6. View towels
Fold the towels and bath towels carefully in bed or open the shelf instead of hiding them in a closet. Guests do not have to play hidden for a bath towel.
7. House trick sheet “Secrets”
When the guests arrive, take a tour of the house so that they can help anything through their stay. Show them where they can store their things, find essential items and how to make coffee in the morning. Leave a wi-fi password printed card, alarm code and any peculiar house advice (EC, “press this button to get hot water”). Include a spare key in a keychain so that they can come and go freely. Your guests will appreciate your effort to feel welcome.
8. Nightlight & Easy Controls
Install a soft guest that guides the night light from bed to the bathroom. Show them how lamps, ceiling fans and thermostat work: small tutorials eliminate uncomfortable touches in the dark.
9. Replacement toiletries and emergency kit
Place the additional hygienic paper under the sink, verify that they have access to a piston in the bathroom and have analgesics or medications for hand allergies. These small essential elements of the guest room save the day.
10. Friendly corner for children (if necessary)
Do your guests bring children? Make sure the hosting theme as well. Supply in some healthy snacks that children love and collect a game or two to keep them busy or plan an easy trade. If you and the parents want a nightly exit, find the names and numbers of some fun and reliable nannies in the area you can give to the parents. Do not feel that you need to fix the babysitter, but having it is an option to visit parents is always pleasant. They are your vacation too!
11. A fresh flower vase
A small bouquet on the nightstand instantly illuminates the room and add a personal and cozy touch. Diy Trader Joe’s perfect agreement will be inspired by additional effort.
12. A personalized city guide
Compare a list of some of your favorite places in your hometown: coffee shops, brunch den, walking paths, cocktail bars, so the most can explore on your own or join you for a cured adventure. Your guests will feel more comfortable to explore your city on your own and be excited to see your favorite places. (If you are visiting Austin, see all our favorite things to do in the city, from walks to restaurants and everything else).
13. Extras of mood setting
Turn on a seasonally perfumed candle, indicates a relaxing playlist and presents a cozy launch. Pour a welcome drink: water with gas, ice tea or a vessel or bubbly, to begin your stay with style.
