With the news that the Wales family is passing Easter in Anmer Hall and that they will not join other royal family members for the church in Windsor, I thought it was worth bringing back a publication by reviewing the Easter sets by the princess at the years. We started our look back with Easter Sunday in 2014, when the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge were on tour in Australia. The couple attended Easter’s services in St. Andrews cathedral in Sydney.
Alexander McQueen’s gray appearance showed a tailored coat on a dress.
The coat presented a neck in fun, structured shoulders, hidden front closure and slightly camping sleeves. It is similar to this design outside the label. A distinction between the layer of the Duchess and the retail version: the sleeves are long lasting in personalized design.
The Duchess accessorized with Jane Taylor’s ‘lupine’ hat, made with a gray third with a curly arch. He also shakes his LK Bennett Harper bombs and brought his McQueen clutch.
Their jewels included the Mappin and Webb ‘Fortune’ necklace and the UFO Aquamarine and Diamond Drop slopes seen on previous occasions.
In 2017, the Duke and the Duchess joined members of the Royal Family in the Chapel of St. George in Windsor for the first time. This was also when the Duchess began a tradition of choosing pieces previously used for Easter Sunday.
The Duchess was in a custom coat of Catherine Walker seen in Canada the previous fall.
The piece had a modified princess silhouette, an inserted waist, a frontal closure outside the center, front pockets and a hidden mat. The necklace, pockets and seams are accentuated by moldings in a slightly darker tone than the fabric of the layer.
The accessories included a penny bag and the pumps of Rupert Sanderon.
The hat used by the Duchess was a block and company design, the ‘Jacqueline’ style.
A view from the side and the back. You can also see the pearls of pearls and diamonds of the deceased queen.
Here you see the coat as it is used for the first time in Canada and then again in Easter.
Benead the coat, you can see that the whistle skirt ‘lina’ was used in both used. It goes back to at least 2011, when used in Los Angeles.
The Duchess chose another design by Catherine Walker for the Sunday service of Easter 2018. Then you see the couple bowed by the dean of Windsor, the right reverend David Conner.
The Duchess waited for Prince Louis at that time.
The coat was a double wool crepe design in a color that the design house calls brown chocolate. It has seams of princesses and cash folds in the front and rear of the garment.
The Duchess was accessed with her suede heels Gianvito Rossi at the lower height, 85 mm and a Loeffler-Randall bag, the “Tab Lizard-Effect Leather”.
Shee his pearls of pearls Balciaga False, one of the few clip styles that we see its use and its flourish of five people.
Many remembered the Duchess with this coat for San Patricio Day in 2015 with the Irish guards when Princess Charlotte was waiting.
Both in Easter 2018 and on the 2015 San Patricio Day, the Duchess chose what could be her favorite hat, the Lock and Company Bop Bop style.
A view from side to the two sets.
We saw the Duchess repeat her Alexander McQueen 2014 suit for Easter 2019.
The Duchess with one required for the late queen, who was also marking her 9th birthday on April 21, 2019.
The Duke and the Duchess when they left the church.
We saw the Emmy London ‘Rebecca’ Heels ($ 625) and the ‘Natasha’ clutch ($ 500), both in Steel Gray.
In the jewelry department, the Duchess opted for diamonds, bringing back the robinson pelham acorn earrings that were first seen at her 2011 wedding. The brooch of diamonds and pearls of Oak Leaf is also seen in some previous commitments. (I include a photo on a dark background in this assembly).
The Duchess carried a design by Emilia Wickstead in Easter 2022 when the two oldest children in Cambridge joined their parents and other royal members in the chapel of San Jorge.
The family after the service ended.
Spoke’s Emilia Wickstead Wickstead was made with double wool crepe fabric and exhibited the adjustment and flanks silhouette that the duchess is thus, as well as the maximum flaps and a hidden closure outside the center. The design of Emilia Wickstead was first used for a May 2017 visit to Luxembourg.
The duchess carried the Pisadma de Diamond Crepe diadem by Jane Taylor ($ 800) that was first seen when she attended the church in Sandringham in January 2019.
His other accessories included more Emmy London designs: the ‘Natasha’ clutch in Blue de Pato egg and the Rebecca bombs ($ 580) in Riviera Blue.
The duchess carried her stallions Cassandra Goad Cavolfiore ($ 7285), which is seen below when used on previous occasions. The design is “inspired by the clusters of young flowers of cauliflower (cavolfiore) in the market”, each arete has seven pearls with 18CT yellow gold diamonds. (There are some options replicated here).
In the 2023 service, the princess of Worm Worm Catherine Walker. It was the first time that Prince Louis attended a Easter service with his family.
The Prince and Princess of Wales with Princess Charlotte.
Here, you see the majority of the family after the church.
The coat of Catherine Walker combines elements of the designs of Mayfair and Magda of the brand, pieces of wool crepe with a sprinkle in the bracelet and him. Initially the annual Commonwealth service was used in March 2022.
For Easter commitment, The Princess Ware a New Chapeau de Lock and Co., the Mayfair Pillbox style ($ 1040).
It is the same style used in green on San Patricio 2022 for the annual Shamrock ceremony with Irish guards.
The princess wore the Natasha clutch ($ 500) in Cobalt Blue by Emmy London and also carried her Gianvito 105 bombs in Suede ‘Praline’ ($ 795).
We saw a new pair of carousel jewelry earrings, the design of Stella Lapis and Moonstone ($ 165). They have a 22K gold finish in La Plata Sterlina 925.
Another dress was used on Easter Sunday, but it was not for a church service.
I guess many of you will remember.
It was used for the visit to the Taronga Zoo in Australia with Prince George.
This dress was also a repetition. The 2012 Jubileo tour was passing for the first time. It was made “by a private dressmaker”, according to the palace spokesmen.
Here is an assembly that shows all the sets used by the princess for the services of the Easter Sunday.
I hope everyone celebrates Easter this Sunday will spend a lovely moment with friends and family!
