Baked cinnamon apple rings

We made the most beautiful autumn gift the other day with the children: it was these baked cinnamon apple rings. It was a fun family activity and they knew very well! Here is the recipe to try at home.

Baked cinnamon apple rings recipe

Ingredients:

* Hachilla

* 4 apples (the gala knows the best! The first time we made Granny Smith and it was like sweet – gala is sweeter 🙂)

* 1/4 cup of sugar

* 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

* 1/8 teaspoon of land nutmeg

* 1 Egg beaten

Address

  1. Pele, cut Apple in rounds, core center
  2. Display puff pastry, extend it a little, cut into strips
  3. Mix cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg on a shallow dish and reserve.
  4. Walk the dry apple slices with a paper and dust tawel with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Wrap the puff pastry around each apple ring.
  6. Brush the apple rings wrapped with egg.
  7. Go up or sprinkle the rings in cinnamon sugar. (We sprinkle arce syrup to add some sweetness but we don’t have to do it)

Bake at 400 ° for 20-25 minutes until the puff pastry is squamous and light golden gold.
