OpenAi’s Chatbot Chatbot experienced an important global interruption on Tuesday, leaving thousands of users unable to access service on multiple continents, with India and the United States informing the greatest number of interruptions.
The conformity with the real -time monitoring platform, user reports or chatgpt interruptions rapidly increased around 3:00 pm, with about 800 complaints registered only in India.
About 88 percent of India’s complaints cited the chatbot not responding to consultations, 8 percent reported problems with the mobile application and 3 percent faced problems related to the API.
Users trying to access Chatgpt found repeated error messages like “HMM … something seems to have gone badly” and “a network error occurred. Check their connection and try again.” The interruption led to a burst of activity on social networks, with users sharing memes, expressing frustration and highlighting the growing dependence on AI tools for daily tasks.
Openai recognized the interruption on the status page of its system, confirming that Bothgpt and its Sora text text platform were affected.
“Some users are experiencing high error and latency rates in listed services. We continue to investigate this problem,” Openai said.
However, it did not provide a specific timeline for resolution.
