Kelly Ryan has departed to the side of her role as executive director of the Victoria Real Estate Institute a year after assuming the role.
The executive director of the Real State Institute of Victoria, Kelly Ryan, has left the main work of the property industry almost exactly one year after participating in the role.
The former Netball Victoria chief joined the Reiv as the first female CEO of the group in May 2024.
Mrs. Ryan had also previously played roles to lead operations for customer experiences at Marvel Stadium and had been director of Marketing at Western Bulldogs and helped establish the AFLW team of the team.

“He has a difficult decision to make, since I am lucky to work on some incredible talented people throughout the industry,” Ryan said.
“However, the desire to pursue my own commercial interests has been an ambition for some time and now the opportunity has emerged to take this moment. I would like to thank the Board, the broader staff and industry for supporting me in my time.”
In a statement, the demand said that Mrs. Ryan had led with “exceptional dedication, professionalism and clarity of purpose.”
The VIV bought 617 Victoria St, Abbotsford, as its new headquarters at the beginning of 2024.
They recognized the work to renew their status as a registered training organization, helping to deliver a new Constitution and the relocation of their Camberwell headquarters to Abbotsford.
Just before the appointment of Mrs. Ryan, the Institute bought a new house of $ 10 million in Abbotsford.
He followed the sale of $ 26 million of his home more than three decades in 335 Camberwell RD, Camberwell, in 2023.
Industry sources have indicated that the industry agency was dealing with the departure of Mrs. Ryan earlier this week.
The former chief executive initially told journalists that he would attend a state budget locked in what the Institute this week did not attend.
The president of AVIV, Jacob Caine, has been announced as the interim executive director of the Institute.
