A recently captured lieutenant with Los Zetas spent a little more than a year in southern Texas, hidden from his rivals before returning to Mexico to unleash extreme violence in the region. This sign of the poster is attributed to Makeminding a large -scale attack that killed two Mexican soldiers and a police officer while injuring another eight in response to his wife’s recent trial.
This week, the Mexican authorities announced the trial of Jorge Luis “El Flaco or Gonzo” Chávez Hernández, the regional leader of the old Zetas School (Zetas Vieja School) in San Fernando, Tamulipas. The trial occurred as part of a midnight incursion, which are the authorities trapped by surprise to El Flaco. He could not defend himself or try to escape. After his capture, the authorities transferred him to Reynosa for new hearings in the Court.

The authorities in Tamaulipas loved El Flaco for his supposed role as the main instigator of violence. They had listed him as one of his most wanted criminals, sacrifices $ 50,000 for his capture. However, the case is expected to be federal in a few days.
Exhaust to Texas
Chávez Hernández had been a member of the gulf poster scorpions and had control over certain municipalities in the central part of the state. At some point in 2017, he fell with leadership and was forced to run. Police sources in Mexico revealed Breitbart Texas to avoid being killed, El Flaco crossed southern Texas, where a little more than a year had a low profile. At the same time, he worked to establish new alliances to recover his position.

Between 2018 and 2019, El Flaco returned to Tamaulipas, where he joined the group’s panthers with Pablo Misael “Panther24” Lar, which was from the Reynosa faction (meters) of the Gulf poster and cooked ABO -Tamulipas, including indudion.

While working with Panther 24, Chávez Hernández established an alliance with the Zetas Vieja School of San Fernando. Shortly after, the meters and Zve joined forces with Jalisco New Generation, an alliance that triggered a long -standing war with the scorpions that continues to this day.
Ambush
In April 2023, the scorpions made a significant impulse to claim the central part of Tamaulipas, but were with strong resistance since the men of El Flacos had large -scale support of Zve, meters and CJNG. The fight soon extended to various parts of Tamaulipas and continues to this day with unprecedented intensity levels. Due to the wide use of armored vehicles, both sides have resorted to the use of explosives and land mines and only have one leg that uses drones to release explosives in their rivals.
The ferocity of El Flaco reached local headlines in August 2024 when it established an intricate ambush in Abasolo, Tamaulipas, where it killed two soldiers and a state police officer in an attack that wounded eight other soldiers. The attack occurred shortly after the authorities arrested his wife, Diana Laura Orozco, for charges of weapons.

The skinny reduced energy to the city for that ambush and used several armored vehicles. As Breitbart Texas reported at that time, the State Police forces of Tamaulipas could not obtain a timely backup due to a shortage of fuel captivated by government cuts.
