A man who fatally looted from a Hotel Times Square accidentally fell out of a window, police said this week.
Emmanuel Velez’s body was discovered just after 6:45 am on April 6 at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis HS ceiling in 120 West 46th St. after he collapsed from the 15 or 45 -time Square floor, according to police sources.
