The rape and murder of Oscar Hernández, 13, at the hands of an illegal alien, in the Sanctuary of California, is the result of “failed border policies,” said the prosecutor of the United States prosecutor Bill Ensayli.
“This was an avoidable crime and the result of failed border policies,” Essayli told NBC Los Angeles of Hernández’s rape and murder. “We cannot and we will not tolerate illegal foreigners that flow the laws of imigence of our nation and then take advantage of children. The Federal Police will continue to be very aggressive in the location, anche and prosecution of illegal criminal foreigners.”
This week, the 41-year-old illegal foreigner Mario Edgardo García-Aquino or El Salvador was arrested and accused by the Los Angeles District Prosecutor’s Office to violate Hernández and then casare, leaving his body next to a road next to a roadbia.
Hernández was first reported that his family first disappeared on March 28 after he had tasks of a train to Lancaster, California, to visit García-Aquino-A Child Youth Soccer Coach. Police claim that García-Aquino murdered Hernández as he raped him before leaving his body.
More alleged victims of García-Aquino are now being presented, annoying because the police did not take illegal foreigners from the streets for children’s sexual crimes reported before Hernández’s murder.
In December 2022, for example, García-Aquino was accused of sexual assaulting a child of 14 or 15 years, but the case was not presented to prosecutors until a year later. Even Hernández’s murder, prosecutors said there were not enough evidence to accuse García-Aquino.
Then, in February 2024, a child identified as John said that García-Aquino also sexually assaulted him when he was 16 years old, only three years after him with the illegal alien through a local football club.
“Hello, supposedly, he killed this young man. I thought he could have me bone,” John told NBC Los Angeles.
According to John, while in García-Aquino’s house one day, the illegal alien gave him a glass of orange juice that made him sleep. On another occasion, John said he woke up with García-Aquino going down his shorts. John said he hit García-Aquino before sleeping.
When he was falling asleep, John said he felt Garcia-Aquino again lowering his shorts and began to panic.
“I was going crazy. I did what to do. I saw my shorts upside down,” John said about the incident.
The teenager Angeló to his mother and the agents of the Sheriff of the Los Angeles County, who performed a test to confirm that there were drugs in the John system. And just although John had informed García-Aquino, the case was still under investigation until last month, only three days before Hernández’s murder.
“Knowing what happened, they seemed that they ignored me. As if I were a human being,” John said. “They simply left it open. Then they had to reach a murdered teenager.”
García-Aquino, who remains in police custody, could face the death penalty or life imprisonment without the possibility of probation. If John is guilty of sexual assaulting, hefaces six years in prison.
Near Nashville, Tennessee, a similar case has been developed.
The illegal alien Camilo Hurtado Campos, a 65 -year -old football coach, was mistreated in July 2023 or drugping, then violating, several young people and filming the assaults on his phone. His alleged victims ranged between 9 and 17 years.
Since then, Campos has been accused of several state and federal charges.
