The CNN Scott Jennings Tok collaborator at former MSNBC presenter, Tiffany Cross, who called Jennings “irrelevant” at one time and above the ambitions of Greenland of the Trump administration.
Jennings, a regular in CNN, reminded Cross that he had fired for MSNBC in 2022 as a weekend host.
Partial transcription as follows:
Cross: It is the attitude of a colonizer say, I like it, I’m just going to steal it. Now, the fact is, in this new
Jennings: steal what?
Cross: Earth, Earth. You can’t simply go and say: “I like it, now it’s mine.” It doesn’t work that way. That is what they are trying to do. And in this new world order –
Jennings: What?
Cross: Yes, absolutely. When they look at Greenland and they say: “I like it, I want to take it for mine.” That is a very colonizing attitude.
Jennings: Never, I never said we are going to Greenland and “colonize or steal it.” That is crazy.
Cross: I’m not just talking about you. You are not a member of the government. Then you are irrelevant at that point. I am talking about the president of the United States.
Jennings: They fired you from your work. How relevant are you?
[CROSSTALK]
Cross: Scott, if you want to participate in personal insults –
Jennings: I don’t, but you do it.
Cross: What you lack at the legitimate point, you compensate for personal insults.
Jennings: I don’t. You do.
Cross: The point I am doing is in this new world order, we are seeing countries, whether Leafsary is an adversary or ally, it is being determined on what kind of treatment we cannot govern. We cannot legislate that way. We are increasingly isolated on the world stage.
Jennings: No, we are not.
Cross: So, if you want to participate in personal insults –
Jennings: We are not. We are not isolated.
Cross: I would book that for your party –
Jennings: We are not isolated.
