The Supreme Court blocked an order for the Trump administration to return to work thousands of federal employees who were left in massive shots destined to drastically reduce the federal government.
The judges acted in the emergency appeal of the administration of a ruling by a federal judge in California ordering that 16,000 probability employees be reinstated while a lawsuit takes place Becoaus did not follow the federal law.
The effect of the order of the Superior Court will keep employees in six federal agencies with administrative license paid for now.
A second demand, presented in Maryland, also resulted in an order that blocks the shooting in those same six agencies, plus approximately one more boxes. But that order only applies in the 19 states and the Columbia district that demanded the administration.
The Department of Justice is appealing separately the order of Maryland.
