Terry Adirim, an official of the Central Central Intelligence Agency and former Superior Defense official who played an illegal role of fundamental and potential line in the Military Vaccine Mandate of the Biden Administration, was recently fired from the Realed Tot agency.
Adirim, a former biden designated in the Department of Defense who performed the tasks of the Undersecretary of Health Affairs Defense, had been in December to the CIA as director of CIA centers for global health services until about a week ago, according to the source.
His dismissal was related to his role in forcing the members of the service to choose between taking a vaccine that was under the authorization of emergency use or being expelled, according to the source.
On September 14, 2021, approximately one month after the defense, the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, ordered the vaccine mandate, Adirim issued a memorandum that indicates to DOD’s medical care providers to consider the vaccine available for members of the service-ashechsShagtech Thustech Stemcine- approved by the FDA, known as the commission.
She wrote:
According to the FDA guide, these two vaccines are ‘interchangeable’ and medical care providers of the Department of Defense should ‘use doses distributed under the US to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the license vaccine’.
According to the FDA orientation, DOD medical care providers will use both the Pfizerbiontech Covid-19 and the Lation Covid-19 vaccine indistinctly indistinctly for the purpose of vaccinating the members of the service according to the Secretary of Defense Memorandum, “Coronavirus disease of Coronavirus 2019 vaccine of the members of the defense service, August 24, August 24, 2021.
His memorandum was legally doubtful even within the Pentagon, as Breitbart News reported in September 2022.
A month after Adirim issued his memorandum, a superior defense officer proposes to allow service members that they did not want to take the US vaccine to wait for the FDAapapreded vaccine before facing the punishment without vaccination.
Undersecretary of Deputy Director of Policy and Supervision of Health Preparation David J. Smith, proposes in a memorandum draft that would replace the Adirim memorandum:
If a service member, after medical advice, decreases the administration of the US manufactured product, DOD medical care providers must go to their logistics chain to ensure and manage the [Biologics License Application]-Pfizer-Bionntech/Lation-manufactured product manufactured before any punitive action is tasks against the service member.
Smith’s action note was addressed to Adirim, with a recommendation to sign the draft of the note with the change in proposition.
According to the documents bothered by Breitbart News, the Draft Memorando had sent to the Military Services for Coordination, and a senior Air Force official opposed him, arguing that adopting the change opens the military for more liters -receipt of the vaccine.
His response said that the proposed change would suggest that the DOD considers the manufactured vaccine of the US different from the eating product approved by the FDA and could open the air force to the demands, and that since the advertising was taken it has already been required.
The proposal was never adopted, with legal implications for the DOD.
According to section 1107 (A) of the USC, a Secretary of Defense can order the members of the service to take a vaccine approved by the FDA, but cannot legally order the members of the service to take a vaccine manufactured in the US without seeking and obtaining an exemption from the president.
Also less than 10 USC Section 1107 (A), that exemption must be signed by the President, then the Secretary of Defense must formally notify Congress on the exemption. Congress has never received notification of such vital.
Austin had promised in a memorandum of August 9, 2021 to the members of the service who would see a presidential exemption, but it is not clear that he has ever done it. Hi, he also promised that his order would only use the vaccine approved by the FDA. Breitbart News questioned the Pentagon Biden if Austin ever looked for a presidential exemption to demand the vaccine manufactured in the US, but given the same verborje was what appeared in the adirim note:
By guide of the FDA, the Pfizer-Bionntech Covid-19 vaccine and the Lation Covid-19 vaccine had the same formulation and the two vaccines were “interchangeable.” Consequently, medical care providers of the Department of Defense could “use doses distributed under the US to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine.”
Eatnathy does not have a widely aviaxable leg in the US. For reasons that are not clear. In July 2022, the FDA re-issued its USA of the Pfizer Biontech Covid-19 vaccine, pointing out: “There is no adequate, approved and notable alternative to the Pfizer-Bionntech Covid-19 vaccine to avoid COVID-19”.
Later, the DOD would be beaten with demands of service members demanding DOD for trying to force the members of the service to take the US vaccine instead of the Vaccine approved by the FDA.
One of the demands was directed by former Marino Captain Dale Saran, the military lawyer who ended the Pentagon anthrax vaccine in 2004. In an interview with Breitbart News in 2022, he called the Memo of Adirim as “fraud.” Hey, said:
The Undersecretary of Defense for Health Affairs, a woman named Terry Adirim, published a memorandum that states that the product without a license, BNT162B2 – the US product without Pfizer license could be a replaced product. … That is the fraud that is in the heart of our case.
It would not be the first time that Adirim would seem to border the law.
Adirim left the Department of Defense in 2022 to go to the Department of Veteran Affairs, where it seemed to have violated the Hatch Law, as Breitbart News previously reported. Just a week before the mid -period elections of 2022, Adirim liked Tweet’s platification donations to the Democrats. It is not allowed to do so by virtue of the hatch law, which seeks to make southern federal employees not participate in politics while in an official role.
The tweet, from a doctor named Mark Shime on October 30, said:
If you are not voting blue in these elections, then you will vote to end our democracy. Take a time to donate and/or share this link. We need this victory for the right to choose and for the United States!

According to Hatch’s law, a federal employee, even when he is not in service, he cannot “like” a political contribution after solidation at any time.
The Special Advisory Office (OSC) establishes in its patterns of the Hatch Law for federal employees on social networks: “No federal employee can” such as “a subsequent solitation of partisan political contributions at any time.”

The guidelines also indicate: “I like, share or retain the application rule: employees, even when they are not in service or in the workplace, may not like, share or retweet a publication that requests political contributions, including invitation events.”
When asked if Adirim violated Hatch’s law, said Press Secretary of VA, Terrence Hayes, in a statement:
VA will not comment on personnel matters and signs that, by law, the Special Advisor Office has exclusive authority to present advice and investigating the accusations of political activity prohibited by the Hatch Law; and the Merit Systems Protection Board has an exclusive authority to determine whether there has been a violation of the hatch law.
After the Breitbart News consultation, Adirim unleashed the tweet.
Since then, Adirim has protected his X account, but has been expressing his support for vaccines in his Bluesky account.

More than 8,700 members of the service were forced to leave the army on the vaccine mandate, and it is estimated that tens of thousands had voluntarily gone.
Since assuming the position in January, the Trump administration has been trying to undo the damage to the Biden administration vaccine mandate. President Donald Trump, in January, signed an executive order to restore the members of the service that were expelled, together with Backpay and their same range, and is also welcoming those who voluntarily, but without backpay and a minimum of two years of service.
The Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegesh, continues with a directive to the services to implement the executive order and on Monday, the Pentagon announced that they would contact each member of the service was expelled by the vaccine with more instructions on how to be reinstated. Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell, said in a statement:
We are committed to doing the right thing for those who were affected by the departments, the former Covid-19 vaccination policy. For the approximately 8,700 service members who separated only for rejecting the vaccine, this is an opportunity to return to the service and we want them to know that the door is open.
As of today, the department will begin to disseminate to ensure that each of these people receives clear information on how to pursue reincorporation.
He said that they have been on April 1, 2026 to pursue reincorporation.
“We work hard to make sure that each of them recharges clear information and support through the process. His service imported then, and it still matters now. We are ready to welcome them!” Hey added.
